Curtis Zeng, CEO    | Beijing, China |

Mr. Zeng has been in the family solar business for the last 15 years, where he gained a broad range of experience ranging from the purchase of materials and equipment, plant installation, product development and distribution. He also played a major role in developing major solar companies including GRINM Advanced Materials Co., and SNSIC PV Co.

Mr. Zeng brings to GREA years of experience in the solar industry, with both domestic and international corporations.

Yongxin Zhang, Senior Vice President – Asia Pacific     | Jiangsu, China |

Mr. Zhang has two decades of experience in the renewable energy sector, as he was involved in the early stages of China’s rising solar PV industry. He worked in upper management for companies such as JA Solar Holdings Co., Ltd. (JASO.NASDAQ) and Hebei Jinglong Group.

In 2009, Mr. Zhang joined one of the largest solar companies in China – Hareon Solar Technology Co., Ltd. He served as Board Member, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Hareon, responsible for the management of Hareon’s operation division, including procurement, production, sales and project development.

Hareon successfully listed on the SSE (stock code 600401) in 2012, and currently has a market value of about RMB 13 billion ($2 billion USD). During Mr. Zhang’s tenure at Hareon, he was an integral part of the team that led to the private placement of RMB 3.8 billion ($585 million USD) in September 2014, which made Hareon the largest PV company in terms of market capitalization in the A-share market.


Robert Murphy, Senior Vice President      | Atlanta, U.S.A. |

Mr. Murphy has 25 years working in the energy sector. His experiences are in the areas of performance contracting, LED lighting retrofits, energy management systems, and electrical & mechanical retrofits. He started his career as founder and president of a national lighting company whose purpose was to provide commercial clients with turnkey lighting and energy management programs for new construction and retrofits projects.

Mr. Murphy moved on to form his own energy consulting business where he consulted with national companies such as Johnson Controls, Invensys, Honeywell and Southern Company on how to secure performance contracts for private companies and municipalities.

The last five years Mr. Murphy has concentrated in the renewable energy sector, focusing on solar, wind, and biomass projects globally. His partnership with GREA further enhances his ability to secure the financing, engineering, and construction for these renewable contracts.

Vern Zhang, Senior Vice President – Asia Pacific     | Guangdong, China |

Mr. Vern Zhang has thirty years of experience in corporate management, engineering management, and investment management. Prior to joining GREA, Mr. Zhang served as executive managers in major State-owned companies, where he built an extensive marketing network in the energy sector.

Mr. Zhang has successfully directed and managed the construction and investment of multiple large-scale petrochemical terminal projects. He is also an expert in the field of international trade of mineral resources and petrochemicals.

Sani N. Mouhamad, Senior Advisor – Africa     

Mr. Mouhamad has 20 years of experience in international affairs focusing on infrastructure, agribusiness, power and energy sustainability and business development in Africa. He successfully assisted multiple international oil companies, such as Shell, in partnership with African National Oil Agencies, leading project management, acquisition and expansion into the Africa continent.

Mr. Mouhamad worked for the US Federal Reserve Board of Governors for 12 years, and has extensive experience with many other US government agencies, such as US Department of the Treasury, US Department of Homeland Security, and US Department of Defense.
